Bergamot, Lavender, Clary Sage, Holy Basil, Geranium all great options along with Balance, Elevate or Adaptiv blends from doTERRA

17.01.2022 Hey Everyone! Happy new year! I know, I know! I'm a week behind! But lots of things going on here on the lovely central coast - apart from the rain and the masks, and the lack of socialisation. But so long as everyone stays healthy and safe! Anyway, after a long long wait, I FINALLY got my Christmas goodies from the US - stock shortages, shipping delays because of THAT global issue. There were some pretty cool things I've never seen before from my time using doTERRA so though...t I would share. First cab off the ranks is the Kintana Personal Aroma. Now I love a good Chanel or Dior as much as the next girl but there is always that slight chemical undertone that I am particularly sensitive to. Kintana has none of that, however. It's a blend of CPTG Bergamot, Ylang Ylang, Gardenia, Sandalwood, Vetiver, Patchouli, and Clove essential oils. And it comes in the perfect size atomiser for your purse! The scent is inspired by the island of Madagascar - off the coast of Africa. It's uplifting yet relaxing and smells simply divine. It does have alcohol in it so is more like a true perfume as rather than an oil blend diluted with FCO. I only wish I'd got more than one!

05.01.2022 I'll admit I'm a bit of a scarf junkie. As verified by all my friends after I returned from six months of travelling which included a couple of months backpacking around the Middle East. It was scarves for everyone for birthdays, Christmas and any other events requiring gift giving. (well they folded small and were easy to carry around for six months ). So of course I had to grab Doterra's Indian inspired scarf with the Kali essential oil blend!... Personal diffusers (necklaces, bracelets scarves etc) are a great way to take your favourite blend with you. I've only had the chance to wear the scarf once and it got so many positive comments! I think I'm going to have to stock up for presents again The Kali Touch aroma that comes with the scarf is a mesmerizing blend of fruit and flowers including Wild Orange, Amyris, Ylang Ylang, and Vetiver essential oils along with Jasmine, Rose, Tuberose Absolutes and Red Champaca Concrete. Of course, you can use any blend you like but this Indian inspired scent matches perfectly with the Mandala design. A tip for using - and this goes for any personal diffusers that touch clothing. Drop the oils on the lava beads but let them dry before wearing so they don't mark your clothing.
