23.01.2022 The strength of gratitude

20.01.2022 I have seen Kelly McGonigal's TED Talk on the upside of stress numerous times, I think it is great, in fact fantastic and I view stress with the lens of how it is serving me...most days. some days it is harder to do that, and I use self compassion to know that that is ok. So rather than me get on live and share with you my thoughts on Kelly's TED Talks and the truth about what harms us with stress, I am going to allow myself to be tired, have a hot bath, and perhaps some next level Maggie Beer icecream :) Enjoy this, I've chosen the short cut version to ease you in :)
