23.01.2022 Today we hosted our first House Tournament back since the COVID break - the annual No-Tap event - in a slightly different format this year. We had an amazing 27 bowlers in attendance for this year's event, which is simply incredible. Thank you to everyone who attend today's tournament - we hope you all had a ball! Due to the extra bowler numbers, we were able to increase the payouts, plus were able to pay down an extra placing (which ended up being a tie!)... 1st - Kevin Dunner (1198) 2nd - Gyddeon Kwan (1181) 3rd - Shikayla Gibson (1176) =4th - Roger Ledingham (1174) =4th - Ian Forsyth (1174) We also ran an optional Scratch pool, for those bowlers wishing to pick up a little extra cash on the side. 5 of the 27 bowlers opted to chip in, with 100% of the Scratch pool money being paid out. Scratch pool winners were as follows: 1st - Roger Ledingham (1006) 2nd - Jak McDougall (924) Our next House Tournament will be a "Bingo Tournament", on Sunday 18th October. 14.01.2022 Our thriving tenpin bowling centre is looking for dynamic, outgoing Senior and Junior staff for the upcoming busy period throughout Jan-Feb 2021, with the possibility of an extension for the right applicant. This is a fun-driven, fast-paced role, suitable for someone with drive and passion and who has the ability to think on the go. No two days are ever the same, as our clientele base varies on a daily basis. Responsibilities may include (but not limited to) cash handling, g...eneral cleaning, daily prep & paperwork, use of P.A system and more. Previous experience working in a bowling centre environment is preferred, but not essential. Applicants must hold a valid QLD WWC Blue Card and either hold or be willing to obtain the COVID-safe online training certificate. Possession of a valid QLD RSA certificate is also highly recommended, but not essential. 04.01.2022 A number of our Junior and Young Adult bowlers this weekend are representing in a number of teams in the annual South East Queensland Shield Tournaments this weekend. Juniors are bowing at Zone Bowling Richlands and kicks off at around 8.30am today, while the Young Adults are bowling at Caboolture Bowl & Mini Golf later today at around 5pm. We wish not just our bowlers, but all participants, coaches and managers from everywhere, all the very best for the upcoming 3 days of competition. While we will keeping a close eye on the scores, no matter the result, we know you will all be giving it your very best, but most importantly, have fun and enjoy the experience.

This is designed to be our next social tournament, with a little twist!... 4 games, handicap pinfall, comes with 2 bingo cards (1 for every 2 game block). $45 entry, however becomes cheaper if you pre-pay before the day of the event. Optional $20 scratch pool available as well for those looking for a bit of extra cash. There are two ways to win... 1) Top 3 overall pinfall over 4 games, or 2) complete a bingo card. $$$ to be won for the Top 3 placings, plus $$$ for every bingo card completed. Open to bowlers from all centres, highest league average from any centre used.
