20.01.2022 The ARLFC will be holding the 2020 AGM at Magpies Waitara on Wednesday 18th November commencing at 1730hrs, room TBC. Team managers have and will be dispersing the nomination form to any person wishing to be considered for a position on the Committee. Due to COVID restrictions, anyone attending the AGM will need to RSVP, by email, no later than Friday 13th November 5pm. ... All Nomination Forms will need to be submitted as clearly outlined on the form, no later than Wednesday 11th November 5pm. 17.01.2022 This year started like no other. At the beginning of the season it was announced that Asquith Seniors Football was cancelled and early on we weren't even sure if we would have juniors. But we never gave up, ARLFC Committee along with some very determined coaching staff believed we could make it happen...... Introducing your U23’s Minor Premiers for 2020!... After what has been a tough year on so many levels, our U23’s team has shown dedication and determination to succeed this season by clinching the Minor Premiership and booking their spot to defend their title in the Grand Final this weekend. Wishing them the best of luck as they look to go for back to back premierships. Game time Saturday 4.45pm Macquarie university. Game will be streamed live, more details to come. Once again for the 2021 season we have a flat registration fee of $150. This means you only pay $50 per child out of pocket where you choose to use your Active Kids Voucher valued at $100. Our registrations include your team jersey, shorts, socks, and insurance plus more... The 2020 season was an unusual and challenging year. I would li...ke to thank all our loyal members for sticking by us during this time and to show our appreciation we would like to extend to you some special offers for 2021. Should you choose to register early and BEFORE 10th February 2021, you will receive our Early Bird Special pricing. This involves a discount of $50 off your rego fee which means you may only need to use an Active Kids Voucher to cover registration costs per person. In addition, all Early Birds who register BEFORE 31 January 2021 will; Be eligible to participate in our special pre-season training program for no extra cost. So why not take the opportunity to register in December and utilise any unused Active Kids Vouchers before they expire on 31 December 2020? Remember you are eligible for 2 Active Kids Vouchers per child each calendar year. A contribution of only a few hours of your valuable time per season will greatly help our football club to prosper and be able to continue to provide all our magpie kids with a great game day experience and terrific footy gear as well as keeping our registration fees as low as possible. 06.01.2022 It was another Super Saturday at Storey yesterday, and arguably the best game day this year. The atmosphere was electric, celebrating not only the Women in League round but also the last home games of this crazy year. Thank you all to those that attended to watch some cracking games, we are sure you enjoyed it as much as we did. 01.01.2022 Thank you for your patience. Please remember most people that are involved with junior rugby league are volunteers and have been trying their best to make sure this league season has got to the end and are working very long hours to finalize our Grand final Gala day. With the announcement today that the NSW Government have lifted the restriction on 1 parent per player to 2, but still ensuring we are keeping in line with the 500pac and our COVID safe plan, our Junior League... grand finals will be a ticketed event, with pre purchased tickets only, you will not be able to purchase tickets at the venue on Saturday. All Teams will be sent their ticket links and information hopefully by tomorrow morning. We need to make sure we are limiting spectators to only essential adults as advised by the NSW Government. To assist, the NSJL has teamed up with SPORTS FILMS to ensure all competitive grand finals on both fields will be live streamed all day FREE of charge Please note parking inside the venue will cost $5 and is run by Macquarie University. There is all day street parking available.
