We recommend this brewing recipe for your next filter coffee. - 15g of Astur Coffee (grind size should be fairly course) ... - Add 50g of water (at 98-100 degrees) over 30 seconds - this will be your Blume. - Add another 50g of water over 30 seconds. - At the minute mark add another 140-150 grams of water (pour should be completed by about the 1 min 30 seconds mark). - Allow the rest of the water to filter through. - - Pour should end around 2 mins 30 seconds and 3 mins.
