02.01.2022 Happy Easter everyone My name is Shinoko This weeks topic is on the time we spend behind the scenes with weekly training and knowledge sharing sessions!... This weeks focus was on cutting the fringe.Although this seems fairly simple, the real art is matching the fringe with a style as well as the shape of our clients face!! The At The Garden team knows how important it is to get fundamentals right. Fringe cutting is not usually covered throughout your apprenticeship and so its developed over time, so each of the team has a chance to share their methods during the training. Todays session was Kazuho sharing his invaluable experience on the secrets on fringe types Its important to remember where you started, its what drives our passion for the future and where we can continually improve each other! Coaching and training was one of my core responsibilities in Japan, I really enjoyed what Kazuho showed us in this session and it gave me an opportunity to learn from his experience and skills. Im looking forward to next week session on Upstyling which will be conducted by my sister Yukiko
