04.01.2022 When I’m cooking & prepping I’m always aware of my use of un-planet friendly habits - & while I try, I often struggle with how to avoid cling wrap....so, the natural evolution has been to make my own planet friendly alternatives.. today I have spent the day making my first large volume of beeswax wraps..... watch this space for more to come.. here, it is being used to cover my sourdough while proofing. It keeps my dough moist, but allows it to breath. 100% cotton, organic beeswax - reusable, breathable, washable, anti-bacterial & anti-fungal.... what a list!
