04.01.2022 When I’m cooking & prepping I’m always aware of my use of un-planet friendly habits - & while I try, I often struggle with how to avoid cling wrap....so, the natural evolution has been to make my own planet friendly alternatives.. today I have spent the day making my first large volume of beeswax wraps..... watch this space for more to come.. here, it is being used to cover my sourdough while proofing.
