But I have to be honest, the poor car track only lasted long enough for me to take this photo. ... The cake is a white chocolate mud cake filled with white chocolate ganache and covered with coloyred white chocolate buttercream made to look like watercolour painting. Then decorated in a contemporary style with fondant hexagons and topped with a Letters By LouLou personalised gold mirror cake topper!
