25.01.2022 SO! During this lockdown I obviously have had to stop 1on1 PT sessions in my gym (cue sad face!) Fear not, my friends! Ive got you Like during the last isolation period, I will be offering video call PTs and at home programs that require minimal equipment ... Also, we can always mask up and go for a walk around Korumburra as mental health and movement is the most important thing, more important to me than money ever will be Accountability costs nothing (plus I bloody love a walk & chat!) Dont forget that my inbox is always open, any time for anything Lets stay connected during this time even if we cant be together



24.01.2022 With Christmas fast approaching, I thought I would let you all know I'll be having a break from December the 14th & sessions will be back from Jan 11th The gym will be completely closed. Looking forward to have a few weeks off with my boys- been a HUGE year! Already raring to get into 2021

24.01.2022 Please, everyone, only weigh yourself (MAX) once per week! Its only one metric to measure your progress and it isnt the most accurate- not even close. Take photos regularly, take measurements from several points on your body, go by how your clothes feel and how YOU feel. So many variables effect your number on the scales and it is NOT an accurate representation of how much work you have put in

23.01.2022 A little Faceoff Friday for you. This is just one of the differences between myself and other PTs.. I actually GET IT. Ive been there. Im not some kid straight out of school who jumped into a personal training course because it seemed easy. No. ... I chose this career because Ive started from rock bottom. I got 50kgs heavier than the photo on the left before I realised I deserved BETTER. My journey is never ending, as is yours. Im there right beside you the whole way with not only book knowledge, but from losing over 80kgs myself NATURALLY & being in the trenches right there with you. You cant get that from any course or training seminar and THAT is what sets me apart from the rest

20.01.2022 Never rely on motivation, it is wavering... On a scale of 1- 10, how motivated are you today? Some days youre at a 9 and feel incredible, then other days youre at a 2 and want to crawl back into bed. I feel you.... Today Im at a 1. My brain is so distracted. I just want to sleep. Im in so much pain from my kidney stones and have cramps so bad that they are making me dizzy. I want to just do it tomorrow... Thats where determination comes into play... it stems from showing up each and every day, even when you dont want to. Determination over motivation always

20.01.2022 Well, its happened - Im currently fully booked out! Who would have thought that Id be saying that! Im so humbled and feeling so blessed! I am focusing on my current clients and giving them my 100% focus, time and energy. When things change I will update here if I make new times for sessions, but as of right now I can not take on any more Does anyone have a cloning machine??

14.01.2022 The biggest thing you feel on a calorie controlled diet is that you are HUNGRY at the start. Youve dropped your intake by a lot and are adjusting to your new lifestyle which takes time FEAR NOT, MY FRIENDS! Thankyou to the beautiful Sarah Hamill for the idea to post about some snacks that I personally use to get me through ... The hardest time for me is around 3pm & after dinner (which I know a lot of you can relate to) All of these items are under 100 calories and are amazing to satisfy that sweet craving All available from Woolworths & in numerous flavours (my favourite is the Fibre One 90cal cake/brownie bars in chocolate and the lemon drizzle - SO. FREAKING. GOOD!) Of course you should always reach for the most nutritionally dense foods first, like fruit or hummus with carrot sticks.. but, realistically, sometimes you just need a little somethin that feels cheeky ;) When it comes to purely FAT LOSS - calories are king.. theyre all that matter. This is a lifestyle change, after all, and we are in it for the long haul

13.01.2022 What a fantastic end to the week My beautiful client has lost 11.5kgs in less than 6 weeks! I get asked "whats the best part about your job?" ... THIS. This right here. This is what sets my soul on fire. This is what I strive for as a personal trainer and coach. I want women to see that they are worth it. They are worthy of taking time for themselves and they NEED to look after themselves. Moving your body with intention and nourishing yourself with the right foods is not a luxury - its a necessity. That old saying: "you cant pour from an empty cup" rings true here... look after a mother and the ripple effect it will have with her family will go beyond what you thought possible. I love my girls. I am utterly blessed and thankful that they chose me

12.01.2022 What Ive been working on during these months of lockdown Realised I havent posted anything on here about my progress, only posted on my personal pages 94.1kgs down to 74.3kgs. I practice what I preach. I put in the hard work, every single day. This doesnt come naturally to me.... This is what sets me apart from the rest. Yes I may have my cert 4, yes I may have learned from courses and completing CECs, BUT this is where Ive learned the most. . By DOING. Happy first day of spring

06.01.2022 Apart from being the first cab off the rank to use the brand new rig, this morning Lee hit 70kgs (for 6 reps) with her first back squat since before the first lockdown! You never cease to amaze me, woman!

06.01.2022 "Wow, start them young?!" Yes. Why not? I never had a healthy role model growing up, no fault of my family at all as they were the same. I HATED sport. Not just hated, but was also terrified about doing P.E and would regularly cry myself to sleep the night before school sport days. The amount of times I faked an injury or claimed I had my period to get out of swimming got so out of hand that my P.E teacher said in a sarcastic tone: "Miss Scully, you seem to have your period ...every week single.. you should see a doctor" (fuck off, Mr Mahoney) It was horrendous! I hated it! I will not make my sons have the same experience as I did and I will help as many people avoid that feeling as I can!! You arent supposed to workout because you hate your body, you should move to celebrate what your body CAN do

Trust me, youre not missing out on anything if youre choosing to focus on yourself and your goals ... Think about 6 months from now & where you will be... 05.01.2022 Cant believe I even have to post this... PLEASE do NOT come to my gym to have a PT if you are unwell! Dont say "oh but I know its only a..." if you are sick. Shouldnt do it ever, but ESPECIALLY given the current pandemic Everyone please remember to sanitize your hands when you walk in (to your left on the shelf) and I will of course be maintaining my high cleaning/disinfecting routine between clients.... Do the right things guys Reschedule if you are unwell.

Even though these last 12 months have been not as smooth as we had all hoped, the impact has still been mindblowing. Heres to another 12 months and beyond!!!

04.01.2022 What an incredible message to recieve on a Sunday morning! After losing 1.4kgs this week & hitting a huge goal of mine, I get this For those of you who dont know, last week I was taken by ambulance to Warragul hospital and turns out I have kidney stones. Let me tell you, the pain was excruciating & I knew something just wasnt right. After a couple of days I was discharged and Im now awaiting surgery. Did that slow me down, though? ... Nope Consistency over everything

01.01.2022 Have tried to avoid it but the time has come for a price increase on PT sessions! From Monday the 13th of July my sessions will be priced at $30 for a standard one on one 30min PT. Of course I will still do discounts on group PTs and 10 session card purchases Thankyou for understanding everyone! I havent increased prices for over a year so, given my qualifications and investments, it needed to be done Any questions please message me
