19.01.2022 Welcome to my home studio! As you can see there are lots of pieces of equipment , so all fitness levels are welcome . With blinds & curtains it most certainly does NOT feel like you’re at the gym. You may also notice my little red heater in the corner (great for early AM sessions) & my floor cleaner (very COVID conscious), & last but not least the infamous driveway . Peaked your curiousity?? 16.01.2022 My ATD’ers have been busy this past month - head down & squats up . After a crazy 3 month wait, I’ve been able to add to the family with the very versatile adjustable Squat rack with pull up bar. It’s a whole lot of fun!

14.01.2022 I am in awe of my client Shelley. @shelleyjacobs is definitely one committed ATD-er! She comes 2/3 x per week & gives me every single session. Today we checked in to see how she was tracking towards her health & wellness goals. 2 words- SMASHING IT. Shelley shaved inches off her bust & mid section , as well as seeing massive measured improvements in her upper & lower body strength, & hitting a PB in the plank challenge by adding a very confident 30secs to her perfectly formed plank. Amazing results . Best of all, Shelley is feeling stronger & is loving it . Really looking forward to working with Shelley on her next phase of strength goals.

11.01.2022 What’s not to love about my awesome ATD’ers reaching PB’s! I like to do a ‘Check-in’ to see how my clients are progressing towards their goals. Mel was able to hold her wall sit for 50secs Vs 11sec when she first started with me on 1 July . Mary has gone from doing a wall plank a month ago to completing a plank on her toes for 35secs- incredible show of strength gains!! Most importantly, their form has improved . I’m blown away by their progress & commitment to sticking to their goals. Well done ladies. Looking forward to seeing what you can achieve in another months time.

05.01.2022 Amazing what can be achieved once you put your mind to it! A FB memory reminded me 3 years ago today I started on my journey to completely change my life & commit to something I am passionate about- helping women to feel more energised & to move with confidence. It hasn’t always been smooth sailing- fear & doubt (was I doing the right thing??), mixed with enthusiasm & excitement (I can do this!!), has gotten me to where I am today- living my dream. What a ride!!! Everyday is a learning experience, but I am loving it. #gratful

04.01.2022 Mary is a very dedicated ATD-er, who has been coming to me 2x/ week for the past 2months. An avid local walker, Mary wanted to improve her balance & overall body strength; things she knew ‘just walking’ wouldn’t be able to improve. What a transformation! - Her hip/hamstring/glute flexibility & mobility has improved by a whopping 11cm. (Love the sit & reach test )... - Mary has been able to improve her Swissball leg lift challenge by (left) 12secs & (right) 16secs. - The most impressive improvements have been with Mary’s core strength. 2months ago, Mary was only able to perform a wall plank for 40secs. This week she hit the minute mark on her toes with excellent form!! Mary is smashing her goals!! . Whilst weight mgmt wasn’t a major goal, Mary has been pleasantly surprised at how great she is feeling & that her clothes are just ‘sitting better’ on her. All this I might add while she is just a month shy of a significant milestone birthday (I promised I wouldn’t say which one ) Congratulations Mary Baker . I look forward to continuing to help you focus on your next phase.

Although they are feeling it, they are surprised at how great they are feeling! .....I'm a local home based studio and have a few early AM & lunchtime 45min sessions available.
