08.01.2022 Such wonderful words by Audax Club Parisien (ACP) about Audax Australia, this extract below is from the official Paris-Brest-Paris 2019 booklet. We don't just welcome riders form overseas, but love new riders from our local area. Please message us for information or just come along and ride with us, Audax is more than a club it's a Global Audax family. "Audax Australia is a small but enthusiastic club with over 1,200 members across all States and Territories. Audax Australia... completed 1,078,910 km for the 2017 Audax season. We have a huge calendar of rides running all year round (eg. 40 x 600 Km BRM for 2019 PBP year), plus over 660 Permanent brevet routes. Dirt (single track), Gravel (unsealed roads) and Populaire brevets are also catered for. One of our favourite events is the Fleche (ridden in all regions) - every second year in Victoria we finish at the statue of our former patron Sir Hubert Opperman (winner of the 1931 PBP) at his birthplace in the small country town of Rochester. Audax Australia warmly welcomes randonneurs from overseas come and visit us to do some of our rides." See more
