10.01.2022 Peter Gago, Chief Wine maker of Penfolds hosted an evening with us last week. Guests had a fabulous night, enjoying world class food and wine. Augustine's personal favorite dishes were the Moreton Bay bug tail with lemon beurre blanc, complimented by the Penfolds Yattarna Chardonnay 2010 and the Wagyu Eye Fillet Chateaubriand with the Penfolds Grange 2008.
