21.01.2022 Great way to start the day with our AMAZING RACE Program. Physical and mental work for everyone this morning. Kids learnt how their bodies work and what they are made of!!! The Kids loved seeing the difference between their own resting heart rate and elevated heart rate after exercising, learning about how the 5 food groups fuel their bodies, their muscular, skeletal and organ systems....
