24.01.2022 Beijing has unleashed its thuggery on Australia yesterday, calling Australia the "white trash of Asia", in response to the Commonwealth Government's move to intervene in the state's agreement with foreign nations if it goes against Australia's national security. Beijing is not happy, for obvious reasons.

24.01.2022 According to Apple, the days of China being the "world's factory" are over. With the company and it's other peers planning to shift production back home or moving more of its resources to places such as Vietnam and Bangladesh.

24.01.2022 This could be interesting. ;)

23.01.2022 When Chinese State Security police knocked on ABC journalist Bill Birtles' door, he realised he was no longer safe in China

20.01.2022 From our Canadian audience:

19.01.2022 #boycottmulan More on Chinese infiltration of Hollywood coming soon.

17.01.2022 "There is much at stake. In economic terms, Australian exporters have faced a steady backlash from China, with several key markets under threat, since the federal government got under the skin of Beijing with its stance on such issues as the 5G ban on Chinese telecommunications giant Huawei and its strong diplomatic support for an international inquiry into the origins of COVID-19. As a matter of principle, it has been difficult for Australia to stand by as Beijing enforced wide-ranging new security laws on Hong Kong as a way to crack down on protesters. China's track record on human rights leaves much to be desired."

16.01.2022 Yesterday the 10th of December was World Human Rights Day. A rally in Sydney's Martin Place was held by groups being persecuted by the Chinese Communist Regime, including the Tibetans, Uyghurs, Falun Gong and more. The rally was able to draw the attention from many bystanders to the atrocities being committed by the Chinese Communist Regime toward minorities. Australia China Watch's own Paul Foley (ATFP) was among the speakers for the event. Mr. Foley gave a speech on how western consumers are witting and unwittingly funding its own enemy, and that we must vote with our money and make aware of China's atrocity to those who are around us. 16.01.2022 Nine-Fairfax has dropped the monthly insert "China Watch" from the Communist Party mouthpiece 'China Daily', this follows the move of UK-based Daily Telegraph and US Washington Post. The Communist Party offer lucrative financial incentives for western newspaper to embed its propaganda within widely circulated western newspapers to disguise itself as legitimate journalism. There are some serious questions that need to be asked to media companies that are willing to publish p...ropaganda on China's behalf for cash. P.S: Although we share 75% of the same name, we can assure you that we are anything but "Pro-CCP".

15.01.2022 Will you be happy to live in a Chinese Communist Party dominated world?

14.01.2022 A Victorian school textbook has included China's unrecognised territorial claim in the textbook and are denying that it was "deliberate" Contrary to the publisher's claim the map was included on copyright grounds, it has only taken ACW members under 30 seconds to find a copyright free map of the region that could have been used. This is particularly insidious, as the publisher had specifically targeted the "elite" schools - such as Camberwell Grammar School and Ruyton Girls’ School, where many of our nation's future leaders will emerge. This is a deliberate attempt to brainwash Australian youth according to Chinese Communist Propaganda and the Victorian Government is complicit in it.

13.01.2022 Breaking news: Germany is set to "beef up" its strategic ties with Australia to counter the growing influence of China in the Indo-Pacific region. This came as news broke out in Germany on a renewed Chinese espionage effort that has been exposed.

13.01.2022 From our friends in the U.S: "China Australia tensions are at an all time high after Chinese foreign ministry spokesperson Zhao Lijian took tot Twitter for to make a tweet about alleged Australia war crimes. Scott Morrison responded with fury, as China tariffs become the latest weapon the Chinese Communist Party is using to attack Australia, banning imports of Australian wine for example. Australia China trade is a huge part of the Australian economy, and the CCP is using the Chinese economy as a weapon, to retaliate for Australia's calls for an investigation into the origin of the coronavirus. It looks like the US China Trade War won't be the only game in town!"

10.01.2022 Could India be an alternative for Australia? So we often talk about becoming less depending on China in trade, previously we have suggested the CANZUK nations as an alternative, this time, let's have a look at India. India is currently the fourth largest trading partner of Australia at nearly $11.5billion, which numerically is significantly lower than that of China, however, India presents a more favorable long term investment option for Australia. Australia and India both ...share many common history through our connections with the British Empire, from there, the English language, the Common Law system, a democratic, Westminster style Government and other cultural commonality, notably our sports participation - Who doesn't like a good cricket game? With these factors, Australian businesses can enjoy a greater degree of security - physically, financially and legally conducting business in India than in China. Currently, India has the second largest population in the world behind China, however, as India has a higher birth rate - 2.28/woman and a 6.8% economic growth rate, in comparison to China's 1.68/woman and 6.6% growth, India certainly presents itself as a better long term investment option for Australia in the developing market sector than the trouble-plagued Communist China.

09.01.2022 Yet another reason to ban Tiktok:

05.01.2022 Yet another reminder that in Communist China, inhumane torture can be mere entertainment for the State: Can't stomach torture? Don't buy made in China.

04.01.2022 While the findings of the "Afghan Inquiry" are shocking to many and has since been used as a political weapon by China, it is important to note that: 1. We are responsible for our own actions; both good or bad. 2. Being a liberal democracy. It is okay to criticise and demand change, unlike the dictatorship that is Communist China.

01.01.2022 Australia should no longer be addicted to cheap "MIC" goods. The economic strategist of Australia need to serious consider emulating Japan's example to incentivise Australian manufacturing business to repatriate back to Australia.
