10.01.2022 It was very important to us to show our international guests to some of Australia’s circus and shows whilst they were here, so they could take home a better understanding of the Australian industry. We took them to Pink Famingo’s Suave, Ashtons Infamous, Australian Outback Spectacular and Weber’s Circus to meet the crew and visit the animal menagerie. Many of them got to do tours of not only the Gold Coast and Brisbane, but also the Blue Mountains and Sydney. Cultural exchange is one of the most wonderful gifts we can give as we are a unique country on the other side of the earth with so much to give in the performing arts. Proud !

09.01.2022 Circus Ambassador, István Újhelyi, Member of the European Parliament in collaboration with Federation Mondiale du Cirque and the European Circus Association produced this video to express support and keep alive the positive mood in the World Circus Community, on the actual World Circus Day, albeit the real celebrations had to be postponed for better times, once the pandemic is over and life will turn back to normal.
