25.01.2022 It has become a rare thing to do so but here are 2 Brands I trust!

25.01.2022 The Tinker my EDC in construction for all the small things....

24.01.2022 New Car. Finally one with proper 4WD.

24.01.2022 Gd'day Mr. Rooh!

23.01.2022 A happy new year for everybody!

23.01.2022 Victorinox shared my needle tip with the can opener. I actually didnt think about it as a tip, the idea came while working on the pouch because my sailmakers palm was not suitable for the job. Victorinox

23.01.2022 Go out and live!

22.01.2022 Another beauty on the way.

22.01.2022 Carving Project Wombat

21.01.2022 Upper Yarra Reservoir

21.01.2022 One offcut a Tinker and a little bit of time. I think I call him Friedrich. Mybe I fine tune a bit more to find out how far the normal small blade on a Tinker can carry me, but this will be later as I am already having a small "Bushcraft Windmill" in planning.

20.01.2022 New Setup! So works pretty good!

18.01.2022 Wombat carving done

18.01.2022 Well, you gotta be happy with that!

17.01.2022 Victorinox shared my needle tip with the can opener. I actually didn't think about it as a tip, the idea came while working on the pouch because my sailmakers palm was not suitable for the job. Victorinox

15.01.2022 Southern Cross Yukon N690 Steel, Karelian Birch handle. Beautiful aesthetically as well as a handle material.

15.01.2022 Next stop for fish and chips before we went to the next camping ground.

14.01.2022 Speaks for itself.

13.01.2022 Testing a very classic one.

13.01.2022 My favourite bush knives. LT Wright Genesis (since years), the russian Southern Cross Yukon and a Victorinox Swiss Champ (or another model from Victorinox depending on what I want to do)

12.01.2022 Rangergrip 79 from Victorinox (highly recommended knife, the blade looks a bit odd first but the ergonomy is brilliant). Shot through the magnifiing glass of the Victoriinox Swiss Champ. Victorinox

12.01.2022 One of my stops.

10.01.2022 My new, awesome handles/ scales (!), secondary blade for fishing.

09.01.2022 Shot right beside the street.

08.01.2022 Knife pouch project

08.01.2022 Gdday Mr. Rooh!

08.01.2022 Click on it, and please feel free to share.

05.01.2022 Lest we forget! Mount Macedon

04.01.2022 Go out and live the real live!

03.01.2022 A monument for the fishermen! Not bad.

03.01.2022 Port Melbourne ferry to Tasmania.

03.01.2022 Found on the way. Beauty!

03.01.2022 This location had nothing to fish? I kiked upstream and found some deeper patches, was nailed by 1000 mosquitos or so, had to crawl through vegetation aso. .... A couple of beers fixed the issues later ; )

02.01.2022 Feathersticks with a small blade? Of course! I carry a fixed blade (of course) in the Bush but most tasks are a question of knowledge not blade sizes. The best survival blade is the one you have on you. How likely is it to have a big fixed blade on you all day long given that you are not allowed to do so in Australia usually? One of these you can put in your pocket, rucksack, handbag, jacket, car ....(of course only where the law permits it).

01.01.2022 An absolute classic! The "swiss army knive", real name: Victorinox (in this case) model Swiss Champ. Do not buy cheap copies from China! Not worth it! The originals are still made in Switzerland

01.01.2022 First self made knife pouch.
