15.01.2022 Australian Outdoor Education is looking for vibrant enthusiastic outdoor activity instructors focused on delivering quality experiences to young people. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Vibrant enthusiastic outdoor activity instructors focused on delivering quality experiences to service users.... People who are passionate and want to assist people to reach their full potential. A keen eye for detail and safety focused. Be able to facilitate group activities managing young people in a dynamic environment. Be able to easily build rapport and maintain relationships with service users. Become a positive role model to service users. Be able to work a casual roster including weekday work and weekend work. WHAT DO YOU NEED TO APPLY? Must have current qualifications in at least one of the following: Kayaking and canoeing Mountain biking and hiking Cert 3, 4 or Diploma of Outdoor Recreation. MUST have a current Police Check and WWCC or be willing to obtain it. MUST have your own registered vehicle and have a full open licence. MUST have a working android or apple smartphone. Experience in relevant fields is desirable, but not necessary. WHY WORK FOR AOE? No two days are the same! Go from caving and abseiling one day to kayaking on the Barrington River the next. We are dreaming big! Adventures are only limited by our imaginations and the desires of the service users.
