Alperstein Designs collaborates with Artists & Art Centres around Australia, creating unique ranges of lifestyle gifts and homewares for both people abroad & Australians alike! 02.01.2022 All of the ingredients we use for our bolognaise & lasagna sauce at home.. We always make a big pot as a good sauce takes a few hours.. Tania’s sauce consists of everything, Organic Mince of beef, lamb & pork, Organic veggies such as onion, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, shredded carrots , shredded zucchinis, red capsicums, spinach, fresh tomatoes , fresh basil, organic paste, couple of organic bottle tomato sauces & water. Add your spices of basil, oregano, Italian mixed ...herbs, chili , red wine (optional) s&p.. simmer for up-to 3 hour & believe me it is worth the wait.. Then we use spelt spaghetti that we feel digests perfectly.. and don’t forget the shaved Parmesan cheese for the extra taste.
