12.01.2022 Celebrating 15yrs in the industry!! Proud to receive the Quality award and recognition for 15 years service at the recent NSW Quarterly Business Forum. In my 15yrs of experience, I can honestly say the last 18mths has been the most challenging with ever tightening lending conditions on the back of regulatory changes, declining property market and Royal Commission recommendations that represented a real threat to the viability of the broker service proposition. Although still... plenty of work ahead, there is strong positive signs of improvement recently including recent interest rate reductions, a sense of "bottoming out" in the property market and more stability/certainty of the broker model under the returning government. Looking forward to the next 15yrs in this wonderful industry!!
