24.01.2022 Some Emotional Baggage you will recognise easily and some maybe not. All Emotional Baggage will affect your ability to be happy. What is Emotional Baggage? How does it affect me and you? And how can it stop me or you being happy? Lets start with some Biggies, all of which will take up the space within you that otherwise could allow you to feel happiness.... SADNESS, ANGER, FEAR, HOPELESSNESS, HELPLESSNESS, TERROR, RAGE, CONFUSION, FRUSTRATION AND OR NUMBNESS. When you feel these emotionals and carry them with you they are EMOTIONAL BAGGAGE. They will take up space within you and impact your life and your ability to live and love freely and easily. They will take up the space within you and suppress your ability to feel JOY, WONDER, GRATITUDE, EXCITEMENT and the most important of all LOVE.
