15.01.2022 The Government laid down some tough new guidelines and rules last night, while at this stage it does not limit my ability to continue services, I understand that it will have caused much concern for my clients. Please understand that as a small business, I rely on my wonderful clients. I will continue to work until I have no choice but to stop, but I need your support. I have implemented new hygiene guidelines including but not limited to, disinfecting my trailer and of cours...e myself at every house. I will also be following the 1.5mt social distancing requirement so if I need you to help your pooch into the bath, I will happily step away so it's safe for you to do so. I may also be wearing more protection than usual eg: mask, gloves. Please don't see this as a reflection on you. it's only for added protection for both of us. All currently held appointments will go ahead as planned unless new rules are announced. If you are self-isolating, I will need to be informed before your next visit. Thanks again for your understanding during these trying times and please stay safe!.
