22.01.2022 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED ASAP Do you or someone you know live in or near Dawesville, Erskine, Falcon or Halls Head and could offer some walks to these beautiful ...dogs who are waiting patiently for some walks or additional walks? If you are a current POOPS volunteer then please get in contact with the Coastal South Area Coordinator - Bethwyn. If you would like to sign up as a volunteer then please fill in an application form: https://www.poopswa.org.au/volunteer-application/ Holly || A one year old with lots of energy, who likes to get out to meet new people. Holly lives with her owner in a lifestyle village but wants to get to see some more of the world. Holly is easy to walk and would like a few walks a week. Holly actually lives in the same village as Tofu (below) so it would be handy if the same volunteer could walk Holly & Tofu. Bella || The delightful 8 month old fluff ball. Bella is hoping for a walker/walkers for 5 days a week for the rest of this year while her owner recovers from surgery. Bella was attacked at the beach so walks only on footpaths or local parks, no beach trips. Jack || He is a real character who failed guide dog training and 4 weeks of bootcamp. Jack can pull a little at the start of a walk but soon settles down to sniff at every stump, tree or patch of grass. Jack needs a regular walk to exercise his body and his brain, for physical exercise and mental stimulation. Tofu || Awaiting photo. Tofu is an 11 year old Maltese x Shihtzu who would love a walk twice a week. Tofu actually lives in the same village as Holly (above) so it would be handy if the same volunteer could walk Holly & Tofu. Can pull a little bit on the lead but is good if kept on a short leash. Darcy || Awaiting photo. Darcy is a 6 year old Chihuahua x Pomeranian so a typical very cute floof ball. Excellent on the lead and friendly with people and dogs. Darcy is looking for a few walks a week. Billie || The 7 month old staffy cross who has grown into her wrinkles since this photo was taken and has learnt some new tricks too. Eager to please, Billie is easy to walk on the lead and is learning recall. Billie has a walker for 1 day a week but she travels a long way so Billie is looking for someone who lives closer to her and who can give her a few walks a week.

15.01.2022 Cheeky boy Floyd sneaked a big piece of liver out of my pocket while i wasn't looking!! I think he felt a little guilty there for a minute as he didn't eat it straight away, just held on to it, he wasn't giving it back though!!

13.01.2022 Big is definitely beautiful when it comes to these two!! Deisel and Margaux had their first baths with us today and they loved it so much they've booked themselves in again next month!!
