16.01.2022 To all our Doggy friends and their Pawrents , In light of the Coronavirus situation, we wanted to let you know that we are working to take extra care in order to promote the best possible health environment within our trailer. Unfortunately, we don’t have much toilet paper but we do have disinfectant sprays and wipes that we are using over the trailer frequently.... We have been advised to refrain from accepting cash. Credit Card, direct deposit and Eftpos are preferable (please note direct deposit payments must be made in advance, at least 1 day prior to booking with a copy of your transfer reciept sent to your groomer. Also additional fees incurred for card payments). We appreciate that most of you love to keep us and your pooch company whilst we are pampering them and assist with the set up and packing up of our trailers, however we would kindly ask for you to lovingly excuse yourself from attending the hydrobath if you have had contact with anyone who is confirmed to have the virus, or if you are showing symptoms of any illness particularly if you or those you have had contact with have travelled overseas recently.
