Not all immediately after results will be pristine and ready to take on the world. It is normal for swelling, redness, heaviness, and sometimes discomfort to be present. That’s the nature of needle+skin. For some, everything goes on as per normal while others may experience up to a few days of reaction; but generally speaking, the majority will have settled after a fe...w hours and at worse wake up a little puffy the next day - but settled by the late morning. In this natural eyeliner we can see the skin has reddened and taken on some swelling despite my rather calming technique which usually has clients snoozing whilst I work. Again, this is not abnormal. So, some things to keep in mind for best recovery and results for your eyeliner tattoo: >Discontinue lash growth serum use 8-12 weeks out >Come in WITHOUT any eye makeup on - we want to limit any handling of your eyelids >Consider any allergies - especially with the seasonal hayfever besetting Melbourne atm (don’t get me started on the pollen count) and your severity of reaction, ability to suppress, and consider rescheduling if need >Bring along sunglasses to wear upon departure as swirling airborne debris can cause you to pick up irritants and not realise until the anaesthetic has worn off completely >Make sure you are clear on the After Care instructions given to you >And get ready to wake up with low mess, low maintenance, stunning peepers every day! 02.01.2022 Ok, I just had to share this crazy drool-worthy HEALED result. These were started just before the last lockdown. More than 5 months later we were finally able to meet for the Perfecting Session and I literally only had to whip out the 1 needle to restore on the right hand side brow a short healed tail stroke and fortify the tiniest little fluff stroke at the front of it.
