18.01.2022 With just two Wednesday trivia nights at Club Macquarie to go for 2015, the action is hotting up with the jackpot at $875 this Wednesday and, if it doesn't go off by next week at $900, the club has decided to guarantee it will be won with a "best of" jackpot round. To be fair, team can qualify to be eligible to win it if they have attended at least two out of the last three weeks trivia nights at the club. Action gets under way at 7:00pm and usually finishes just after 9:00pm (if we don't get any more power blackouts!) 18.01.2022 Had a great time at Club Macquarie last night, even though a severe storm took out the power all over Newcastle. The power went at the club just before the Jackpot questions but we still managed to get through it all, albeit 20 minutes over time! The jackpot was not won so it goes up to $875 next week (16 December 2015). Nice cash for Christmas, eh?
