25.01.2022 Today, we had our Staff Christmas Party on campus to signify the last day of work in 2020. We will be closed for the Christmas break from the 18th of December, 2020 till the 4th of January, 2021. It has been an eventful year, especially with the emergence of the COVID 19 catastrophe. In all of these, we have proven that we are strong and resilient. We are grateful to all of our staff and students for standing strong with us through these challenging times. We wish everyone a Merry Christmas and Prosperous New Year.

15.01.2022 One of the most interesting things about studying in Australian Tertiary Institute is the exhibition of beautiful cultural outfits by our trainees. These outfits are often rare, with very rich cultural meanings. The outfit in the picture is known as a Phulkari Suit. It was created from a rich Indian traditional practice where once a girl child was born in a family, the women of the household would start embroidering a Phulkari to be given as a present during the girls wedding. It is well documented in Punjabis folklore Heer Ranjha by Waris Shah. Phulkaris were never commercialised due to its rich value until the British arrived in India. Amazing right?! www.atiaus.edu.au
