14.01.2022 AAOM has a heart to equip and encourage leaders. As leaders we need to continue to grow and this needs to be intentional. We have been blessed to have a great ministry team. This picture was of this mornings leadership meeting, with one of our special guest speakers Ps John Cannone teaching. This year it is a focus and is a part of the overall convention, with a three day leadership seminar and nightly meetings running through to Sunday night. 12.01.2022 AAOM just wants to take a moment to honour JP, Heather and all of the YWAM Perth team for the amazing children’s ministry that they facilitated and ran. The team have given much and we pray Gods abundant blessing on them and their families. We know that much was sown and we have the wonderful knowledge in knowing that we are guaranteed a harvest. A harvest of souls and lives transformed by the power, forgiveness and love of Jesus and the Father. 04.01.2022 We would just like to tell all our AAOM friends, family and partners that even though we personally won’t be attending our amazing ACC conference this year, that we are praying for you all and are believing for a great outpouring of refreshing, encouragement and Ministry. We know the Holy Spirit will minister powerfully. We are really going to miss it! We have always come away full of love, excitement, and anticipation and vision! We just want to honour our ACC National and S...tate Executives and in particular Ps Wayne and Lyn Alcorn for their leadership and their friendship and know there are greater days ahead for us all. We as a Ministry, are blessed to be a part of the ACC, and even though sadly through unseen circumstances we won’t have an expo booth this year, we will be working hard towards being present at the 2021 conference. But in saying that some our AAOM Pastors have travelled from afar, and will be in attendance. We believe in connection, accountability and investment. We love our ACC family! 03.01.2022 Halls Creek Convention is fast approaching. It will be a time to gather together, to Be encouraged as Leaders, as well encourage our people and look to the future God has in store. It has been a very emotional time with coming to terms with losing two of our beloved and respected AAOM senior ministers, Ps Gerard and Ps Eddie, our brothers, friends and peers. We keep reminding ourselves that nothing surprises the Lord and that even though we don’t understand we must remain on... the true path of Faith and know that He is still at work. The scripture that is on the 1st convention poster is from Isaiah 55:10 - 11. Preached by Ps Gerard a few years ago. We believe that it is fitting that we share this afresh, in the hope that it spurs you on in faith and helps to focus us all on what is true and important. Convention is a time where we can come together and receive from the Lord and others. ...You would be so very welcome..
