23.01.2022 Like many other Melbourne businesses, its been a very nerve racking day for us as we have waited to hear what we will be able to keep doing for the next six weeks during our citys hard lockdown. As we understand it, we will be able to keep making our soap and keep sending our soap out to all our stockists and online customers. We may be a little slower in getting things out as we make sure we do things safely and correctly but where there is a will there is a way as they sa...y! As per our previous post, our Centreway shop will be closed as of Wednesday night - unfortunately this will be a permanent closure- and our South Melbourne market shop looks to be closed for at least another 6 weeks. These new round of restrictions will be very tough on so many businesses here - businesses that people have poured their blood, sweat & tears into. Lets all do the right thing so we can beat this virus and get Melbourne back on to the road to recovery. Stay safe everyone and sending lots & lots of love

It always takes a few weeks to recover from the Christmas craziness at the ANSC. But as we slowly get back into the swing of things, we just wanted to say thanks to everyone who bought from us this Christmas. It's the most satisfying thing to know that tonnes of our eco friendly gift packs made it under so many Christmas trees this year, which in turn helped prevent tonnes of plastic from heading to landfill. It is the best feeling!

07.01.2022 When we first started making our natural soap and we started realising how many household products we could replace with solid soap, there was no going back. All those half empty plastic bottles in the bathroom, kitchen and laundry slowly disappeared! And it still excites us when someone orders 1 kilo of our bulk soap online and at the bottom of the screen it says that with that purchase, they have saved the equivalent of 20 plastic bottles. This is why we do what we do and we will never grow tired of it!

05.01.2022 Nothing better than hearing how much people love our soaps! Thanks for the love Lauren! ~~~~ ... Thank you theansc for this delicious smelling box of goodies!!! Mum gave me their original solid shampoo and conditioner bars for Christmas and I haven't looked back...Well I did once, it was SUCH a mistake!!! I finished off some store bought liquid shampoo a few month in to using the bars and it felt like I gave my scalp a chemical burn!!! Never again!!! Anyway I love their shampoo and conditioner so much I decided to give their other soaps a go. I got the tea tree and eucalyptus for me, mainly for their antiseptic properties...So I can scrub all the icky covid off me after work!!! 05.01.2022 Its with some sadness that we let you know that we will be closing our Melbourne CBD store as of Wednesday night. The case numbers arent coming down and people are dying and getting very sick. It just doesnt seem right to be keeping our doors open. Its sad because its unlikely that our doors there will open again as we have decided to not renew the lease when it expires next month. And this is sad, because we love our beautiful citys CBD and seeing so many shuttered sho...ps these last few months has been heartbreaking and hits home how hard it is going to be for things to recover there. But its lives that matter most and we need to all play our part in containing this virus - protecting our community and our healthcare workers. Thanks to all our wonderful customers who have visited our shop over the past 5 years. Lots of our products are available just a few blocks away at Myer Bourke St (one of our hundreds of stockists across Australia) and at our online shop.
