13.01.2022 Over the years, our partnership with our friends at Koala Blue has seen so many of our students looked after by the amazing driver, Ian. He has always gone "over and above" to look after us and all our students and guests, always with a big happy smile. We have always appreciated the cheerful welcome he gave our students - he made them feel so welcome, calmed any nerves, got around the language barrier with ease, and helped them to have a great first impression of Australia (...often being the very first person they met off the plane). We were very sad to hear of Ian's passing this morning. To talk about him in past sense now is painful, and we cannot even imagine the pain his family and friends are feeling right now. We send our deepest condolences to Ian's loved ones at this time. From all of us at Study Match, thank you for everything you did for us Ian. We are heartbroken to hear this news, you are more than a colleague, you are a lovely friend. Rest Peacefully See more

We require hosts to provide accommodation, 3 meals per day and transport to and from school (Banksia Beach State School). This can be a great cultural experience for the whole family (hosts are also remunerated for hosting).
