It's a contraction for "she will be right" and is often said with an Australian term of affection, like "she'll be right, mate". It means "don't worry" or "everything that is wrong will become right" (you can substitute "she will" for "it will"). ... It can be used in lots of contexts, for example: If you can't quite get something to work. "She'll be right". If you didn't get a great score in your test/exam. "She'll be right".
