21.01.2022 BRIDGE BUSINESS COLLEGE (BBC) VRATENIE SKOLNEHO POPLATKU !! Ako mnohi z vas postrehli, skola BBC zatvorila na konci maja 2020 s vyjadrenim, ze vsetkym studentom bude v plnej vyske vratene skolne, ktore mali zaplatene na dalsi term dopredu. Odvtedy uplnynulo uz dost casu a doteraz ziadny student neobdrzal vratenie peniazi. Vzhladom na to, ze nasa agentura reprezentuje velke mnozstvo studentov, ktori boli zapisani na BBC, skontaktoval som majitela skoly BBC a tiez likvidatoro...v z Hall Chadwick. Z mojich zdrojov som zistil, ze vsetky poplatky za predplatene skolne od studentov su ulozene na porucnickom ucte a likvidatorska firma musi podrobne preverit kazdu jednu predplatenu sumu za buduce skolne a porovnat ju so skolskymi uctovnymi podkladmi z porucnickeho uctu. Procedura trva podstatne dlhsie nez sa povodne ocakavalo, ale my dufame, ze do konca augusta obdrzi peniaze na svoj bankovy ucet kazdy student, ktory ma narok na navrat predplateneho skolneho. Likvidatorom som oznamil, ze koniec augusta 2020 je hranicnym terminom navratu penazi, pretoze do toho datumu musia byt vsetci studenti zapisani do novych kurzov (je to 3 mesiace od datumu ukoncenia vyuky). Pripominam, ze studenti na nove kurzy/programy nemusia fyzicky nastupit do 3 mesiacov, musia sa iba na skoly zapisat. Vo vseobecnosti nema zavretie skoly ziadny dosah na studentove viza, a kazdy student ziskava extra cas na vybratie alternativnej vzdelavacej institucie. Inymi slovami, NEMUSITE sa zapisat/zaplatit na nove skoly do 28 dni od zavretia BBC, ako mnohi ini vyhlasovali. 09.01.2022 BRIDGE BUSINESS COLLEGE (BBC) TUITION FEE REFUND !! As many of you know, BBC has closed down end of May 2020 and the word was that all students will receive their full refund of tuition fee paid in advance. It has been a while but so far no students received any refunds. Since our agency represents many international students who were enrolled at BBC I reached out to the owner of BBC and also to the administrators at Hall Chadwick. The information I obtained is that all t...he tuition fee paid by students for their further studies are held in a Trust Account and the administrator must conduct a thorough cross check of every single student’s prepaid tuition fee and compare it with the record of the funds held in the trust account. It takes significantly longer then initially anticipated but we are hopeful, that before the end of August, all students who are entitled to a tuition fee refund will have their funds in their bank account. I have expressed to the administrator that the end of August 2020 as a critical deadline, because all students must be enrolled by this time (3 month from the providers default). Students don’t have to however commence their program by end of August but merely be enrolled into a new course / school. Closure of a school has generally no impact on the student’s visa and students gaining additional time to find an alternative provider. In another word, NO NEED to enrol/pay quickly within the 28 days of BBC closure, as several sources wrongly stated.
