Australia's Violet Crumble Chocolate Crackle Ingredients... 180g bag of Australia's Violet Crumble shattered 250g copha 4 cups Rice Bubbles 1 cup icing mixture 1/3 cup cocoa 1/2 cup desiccated coconut 16 paper baking cups Method 1. In a large bowl mix together Rice Bubbles and 1 cup of shattered Violet Crumble. 2. In a separate bowl mix together icing sugar, cocoa and coconut. Pour melted copha over the icing sugar mixture and stir well to combine. 3. Next, combine this with the Violet Crumble and Rice Bubble mixture, mix thoroughly. 4. Divide mixture between 16 baking paper cups. Decorate with the remaining shattered Violet Crumble. 5. Allow to set, then enjoy!
