24.01.2022 A position is available for an experienced couple to live in and run a medium sized park. You will be responsible for day to day operations, you must be confident,bright, friendly and healthy. To fit into this position you must be able to manage a caravan park in its entirety. Including but not limited to; 1) OFFICE including... RECEPTION. Controlling In and out movements of customers. Taking bookings, Roll over of permanent rents, Understand how to extend,cancel and shuffle bookings to guests needs,maximizing occupancy, Online booking Inc channel management.Be able to balance your daily takings nightly. Promotion, be experienced at advertising, promoting, updating and responding to social media sites,updating the website Keeping residence up to date with rent CLEANING Ensuring presentation of rooms and amenities is spotless, presentable and appealing from good cleaning staff control. 2) MAINTENANCE and GROUNDKEEPING GROUNDS Maintain the grounds, gardens, roads, paths and buildings Repairs and upkeepingthe above Inc painting, paving, Retic MAINTENANCE It’s vital you have good knowledge of general building repairs and maintenance, Inc plumbing, tilling, painting to keep all the accommodation in top notch condition Hire, instruct and supervise tradesman if needed for certified works. 3) AFTER HOURS Late check ins Attend to guests onsite enquires and needs/ complaints Provide a secure safe environment The park has mixed uses 14 motel units 50 cabins of various styles 36 powered sites 20 single men’s quarters 24 permanent on-site vans Office/working hours are 8-6 on a 6 on, 2 1/2 off roster and night duty on your days on.
