19.01.2022 485 English requirement - I wrote to the Department on 12 Aug seeking clarification over 485 English requirement in light of the Acting Ministers statement. I received the response yesterday, but not before the expiry of two of my clients visa (25 Aug). Nevertheless, it is good to know that we can lodge the 485 application pending to meet the English criterion.
