12.01.2022 This is proof that our aussie Constitution operates differently to the USA. Similar issues relate to the UK and NZ. Be mindful when you see Certificates of Accreditation in Australia for Overseas or Australian Courses. Australia does not have a National Spiritual Accreditation Authority or a Qualifications Framework - YET. It is excellent that people have attended those courses, at least it is a part of the journey.... Because Australia does not have an Accreditation Authority there cannot be an existing reciprocal agreement to recognise any overseas or australian qualifications. The ASA aims to fill that gap, work together with the fraternity and recognise the effort of people who have done the right thing for the right purposes. People who have put in the effort deserve to be Nationally Recognised. If we work together without prejudice for this we can start the journey of legally dealing with the charlatans and scammers that give us all a bad reputation.
