22.01.2022 I got to work on this neat little VW yesterday, brought back some childhood memories and it was in great condition! I rectified the headlight and indicator issues :)

20.01.2022 Are you ready for the long weekend? I just fitted out this patrol with a lightbar, rearward work light and double 12v sockett in the rear.

18.01.2022 The old needle in the hay stack! There was a short in the front left hand window circuit, the harness had been damaged by a misplaced screw.

18.01.2022 Another successful monday. I rewired the marker lights, tail lights, fridge plug, uhf and i fitted a new USB socket and am/fm stereo to this Kenworth. I also did a once over check to make sure she is ready to work the upcoming harvest.

16.01.2022 I had the privilege to deck out this patrol, ran out of daylight, didnt take enough photos. I wired up worklights, reverse lights, lightbar, inverter, amp, tweeters, 2 x 12v sockets, reverse camera, winch, three guages, kitchen bench light, repaired a couple faults and installed a custom switch pannel in an over head console. One happy customer and he is now on the trip of his lifetime!

12.01.2022 Another fun job for me. This patrol had about 25 crispy wires, i repaired the harness and replaced the fuse box.

12.01.2022 After a sweaty dirty days work in the sun i removed the harness of a Mitsubishi truck and replaced the brake light circuit from tail lights-switch-fuse box. Think twice before putting bigger fuses in after one blows or it could become quite costly!!

11.01.2022 Dont forget to test all your lights before you go on holidays, as you can probably guess the previous trailer plug had been beaten around and full of mud! I replaced the plug and removed alot of excess cable on this jeep.

10.01.2022 My job can be quite rewarding at times, i found the needle in the haystack! A broken wire in the circuit for the left rear wheel speed sensor, caused from the main harness being pinched from sliders installation many months ago. This gremlin caused the ABS light to stay on.

09.01.2022 This is the power cable from a dash camera system (installed by previous owners). Luckily the current owners were quick to disconnect the battery when they noticed smoke behind the dash. It had been hard wired to a power feed unfused and the cable was ran past many rough metal surfaces and had pinched in a few places. A very close call indeed. I removed the harness, checked all surrounding harnesses and shall return in the new year to correctly install a new dash camera.

03.01.2022 Things could have been alot worse for this lucky customer! Polarity was reversed when trying to jump start it and he escaped with a crispy earth cable. I replaced the cable and repaired the harness surrounding it.
