We are taking the health and safety of our staff and customers very seriously and we want to update you on the procedures we are implementing in the workshop. We are: Washing hands regularly Washing hands before and after working on vehicles ... Wearing disposable gloves while working on vehicles Wiping down any surfaces we are in contact with including door handles (inside & out), steering wheels, gear sticks, handbrakes and keys Using protective seat covers and floor mats in every vehicle Cleaning and disinfecting surfaces regularly Practising social distancing both between staff and visitors to the workshop No longer allowing people to wait in reception while we complete work on vehicles Ensuring only staff are permitted into the workshop, all visitors must remain in the reception area Continuing to follow Government advice and adjust our workplace practices consistent with any guidance issued You can help us by: Turning off A/C systems when you drop off your car so no air is blowing when we turn on your vehicle Asking that you please leave no drinks or food in your vehicle, such as straws, coffee cups, food rubbish Only handing over your car key, not every key on your key ring Other hygiene related items such as used tissues, even sunglasses and clothing Ideally wiping car surfaces before dropping to us Please phone ahead if you do not have an appointment or booking and please try to arrive for these bookings/appointments at the agreed upon time we are trying to limit the number of visitors to our workshop at any one time Most importantly, please reschedule your booking if you are unwell or experiencing any cold or flu like symptoms! We are a small family business and sincerely appreciate your continued support during this challenging time. We are committed to providing quality service while ensuring the health and safety of our staff and customers both now and into the future. Please help us to help you!!
