23.01.2022 Have you been training for 3 years or so and not seen improvements like this? Having a plan and it being a well educated and thought out plan will equal results like this. Having coaches pushing me and teaching me has not only developed my physique but has also greatly increased my knowledge.... I myself as a personal trainer/coach what ever you want to call me will always have a coach myself. This is the best investment I can make with my money. This is crucial for on going learning and improving yourself. If your pt doesn’t have a coach themselves they are most likely a know it all but really know nothing at all . No different than if you wanted to learn how to drive race cars, you need a coach. it seems simple in theory but it is easy to be misguided in this industry. 16.01.2022 FATS! what you need to know an easy understanding and something I think every human should have knowledge on. Visceral fat - stored near vital organs like the stomach and liver. Having too much visceral fat can cause diseases such as diabetes, heart disease and insulin resistance + much more.. People with high levels of visceral fat will find it hard to add muscle tissue with the negative effect of the added insulin resistance. This is why I give the advice to a lot of peop...le in the gym and actively demonstrate this with clients to do a body recomp and drop the fat first before trying to build muscle (BECAUSE ITS MORE OPTIMAL ALL THE FOODS IS NOT ALWAYS THE KEY TO GROW IT’S A BIT MORE COMPLICATED UNFORTUNATELY) anyway here’s a quick and easy over view on how to understand the fats found in the body. Main types of body fat are stored as essential, visceral and subcutaneous. Obviously each type of fat has it’s role in the body. Essential Hormone regulation (vitamin absorption, body temperature regulation Brain function Nerves Bone marrow Subcutaneous- Found over the majority of the body (stuff you can pinch on your arms etc) Used to measure caliper body fat test readings Too much can lead to hormonal issues (too much of anything is bad) Is normal and healthy to have some of this fat Visceral- High levels can increase the chances of stroke, artery disease and some cancers ensures that there is some distance between each organ Do you have to look morbidly obese to be carrying too much visceral fat? Fat deposition is individual. You may know someone that eats majority of **** in their diet but doesn’t seem to add any noticeable body fat. The visceral fat could be stored around the organs creating health problems later on for the individual, this is why a healthy diet is important regardless. The best thing about fat? It can be eliminated! Bad thing? You actually have to look into your diet and have to actually start moving your body. Combination of diet, walking and resistance training is perfect. Why? fat cells have to be shrunken. Why? Human body deposits fats through a bunch of metabolic pathways. Basically fat leaves your body as sweat, pee and carbon dioxide exhaling (exercise).

Shane is taking the off season for football a different route this time. 12.01.2022 Changes aren’t made over night but a fair bit can be achieved over 8-9 weeks if you have a goal and plan in place. Staying accountable and consistent is important.

11.01.2022 6 weeks of progress between! -carb increase at week 3 as needed once adjusted to the higher eating volume -strength increase (progressive overload) through tracked training programming -bodyfat decrease through obvious progress photos ... These results show what happens when you stick to a plan, have patience and believe in what your coach is telling you to do. Never an excuse works crazy hours has many young kids what a man well done, can't wait to see what we can do in 6 months!
