17.01.2022 The question-How do you stick to your diet? The answer- Because it's MY choice to achieve MY goal. Healthy eating is a choice.... No matter what the situation is -peer pressure-busy with work-tired-stressed etc- it is our choice to put the food into our mouths. We use a fancy dressed up lie to justify ourselves into eating what we know is junk and instant pleasure. If we were truly honest we would see how blessed we are with the foods we can eat on our diet (some people don't even have a meal for the day). Stop focusing on the cannot-what we miss out on-how hard it is etc etc blah blah. Start focusing on the can-the benefits-the abundance of good healthy food you can eat etc etc blah blah. Nothing tastes as good as achieving your goal feels.
