The successful applicant will be required to learn and complete: Reception/switchboard duties. Data entry of customer orders. Scheduling deliveries for our outgoing couriers. Data entry and maintenance. Word processing (MS Office Suite). Responding to customer enquiries. Liaising with retailers. Helping with our showroom. We require the services of a casual Office Administrator with excellent communication skills and a can do attitude. You will be employed under the Clerks Private Sector Award 2010 (MA000002) on a casual basis, however this position may grow to permanent part time, or full time. If you are a go-getter with an energetic and positive minded attitude who is self-motivated, driven and customer service oriented we would like to hear from you. The preferred applicant will be required to undergo both a criminal history and bankruptcy check. A criminal history check will not exclude an applicant from this position unless it is a relevant criminal history.
