03.01.2022 Hi All, Avenues College Children's Centre is offering people an opportunity to attend Centacare's "Breaking Free from Anxiety" This is a 4 week course commencing 27th October from 10 - 12pm.... This is a group program which will help people to understand anxiety aand how to manage anxiety.
