25.01.2022 Our Certficate III in Commercial Cookery (SIT30816) class mentored by Chef Manish Srivastava treated us to a vibrant and absolutely delicious Indian Buffet on the occasion of the Indian Independence Day and we were thrilled to be a part of it! Check out their mouth watering creations which included traditional Indian dishes like Chicken Biryani, Butter Chicken, Malai Kofta, Shahi Paneer, Gajar ka Halwa, Kheer and so much more!
