23.01.2022 Removal of coupling and bearings. Install new bearings, set up with correct clearance between bearing race and rollers. This is relative to shaft size, load and RPM. Re-installation of coupling and gearbox. This is on a concrete batching mixer.

06.01.2022 Supply and install new overhead monorail crane system. 42 meters long, 4 x 2.5T chain hoists working in pairs. Anti collision between the pairs, wireless remote controls.... The pairs of hoists each carry a c-hook to transport pipe moulds around the production line.

06.01.2022 Aligning gantry crane rails. This kind of maintenance should be performed yearly, to ensure that end carriage wheels dont wear prematurely. Also any gaps can cause vibrations that can damage critical electrical components.

06.01.2022 Over a weekend we removed an old Sheetmetal guillotine and in coiler and installed the modern version. We fabricated painted and installed guarding and commissioned the machine.
