21.01.2022 This powerful little berry is a regular in our household. Iv never really been one to use over the counter medincines, so am always on the look out for natural alternatives that can help shorten the length of colds and flus. But when my son got HFM (seriously, that is one awful virus) i scoured good old google looking for remedies to help us feel better and heal faster. Within days we both were on the mend, whilst other family members continued to suffer with chills, fev...ers and the horrible aching sores for over a week. Then and there - i was sold. I dont know if id even be here if it wasn't for him. i speak sarcasm fluently exercise is my sanctuary! I love getting a sweat on - running, bike, hiit, lifting....you name it. It is my sanity, my meditation and usually the closest thing i get to 'alone' time im what you would probably call 'woo woo'.
