06.01.2022 Our Team will continue to offer our services to allow our customers to keep working we can accept new projects, assess plans and issue all relevant certificates and notifications. We are also able to partake in meetings, albeit by telephone or skype. In respect of site inspections, we can continue carrying these out in line with the latest guidance and we ask that notification for inspection stages continues as normal. We will however only be attending in person on sites we... have deemed to be safe to do so in order to protect the health of project teams, clients and our own staff. In moving forward, we shall use risk assessments to ascertain the suitability of carrying out inspections on site and whether alternative inspection methods, such as photographs or video calling, may be more appropriate. All staff members are still contactable during normal office hours over email or mobile. If you do have project questions please feel free to contact us in the normal way we are still working! Following Government advice, our Administration and Underwriting teams will be working from home for the coming weeks. Please be assured that work will continue to be completed in a timely manner.
