11.01.2022 RECEPTIONIST / OFFICE ALL-ROUNDER Our company based in Smeaton Grange are currently looking for a worker to complete the following roles as part of there job description: Mail... o Delivering and picking up mail from PO BOX. (Use of own car) o Entering mail into the mail register o Allocating and dating mail Phone Calls o Answering phone call diverting to the correct person o Taking general enquires o Organising generic quotes to be sent out Stationary Orders o Up to date on paper and general stationary status o Placing orders o Picking up orders (only if needed) General Jobs o Filing for those needed (prioritising work load) o Updates of Registers when needed o Typing of correspondence o General Administration: data entry, filing, typing of documents etc. o Greet clients, guests and employees After a period of in-house training, the following duties will be introduced: Building Plan Approval Projects o Submit Project Completion Packages to Sydney Water o Complete Tap-In submissions o Draw up Service Protection Report plans o Completing jobs o Liaise with inspectors and clients for bookings o Book inspections on calendar (point of contact for all bookings) o Write jobs up on whiteboard o Check a package is ready for all jobs that appear on whiteboard o Complete checks each day that all information that is required is provided for inspections Construction Administration o Update and review AWPM website o Prepare construction packages o Submit requests for construction commencement, connection, post etc o Scan & email signed ITP to associated WSC company o Request D.B.Y.D o Email and liaise with associated WSC for designs and ITPs o Organise and submit tenders from Construction Manager o File tender and update tender register o Other duties as directed A trial period will be entered into with the opportunity to progress to full-time employment.
