23.01.2022 Good morning - here is a list of polling booths for division 12. Remember to make your vote count!

20.01.2022 So first, I want to say thank you to the health professionals who are leading us to safety. Thank you. Health workers answer to a higher calling alike the police I have served alongside. I feel safe in saying that health workers are superhuman. They are doing, and have been doing, their work every single day, tirelessly, in hospitals around the world, for years. We don’t really spend time thinking about them, unless we are sick, or married to them, being raised by them, or mothering them. And now, they are the front line. We, as a country, are thinking about them, turning to them, relying on them, every single day, whether we are sick, or anxious, or simply listening to their recommendations and information in news announcements. 17.01.2022 I'm sick and tired of accepting dirty, dishonest politics. In my campaign, WE - not just ME - have ONE thing in common: We want to CLEAN UP THIS TOWN! When you VOTE 1 AXEL, we are all part of THE TEAM regardless of your different opinions, ideas, political leanings, personal beliefs and backgrounds. ALL of YOU, stand shoulder to shoulder because I feel that despite our differences, WE WANT A BETTER TOWN. Please ensure your vote counts.... I've tried to focus on sharing positive policy ideas and project proposals, like activation of our town square, a ferry trail on our twin rivers, making buses free on weekends, or making property developers contribute towards the cost of new public parks. I'm quite strong and firm in fighting for my community, and if elected will be calling out government administrations, ministers and political parties when they make bad decisions or adopt bad policies that affect us - the Division 12 community. I like to talk about big ideas like the ferry trail, new waste bins that will reduce our rates costs or about how we can increase council funding for the arts and community because with that, it brings jobs and money into town as well as things for our youth to do. I firmly believe that if we make our Division 12 the best it can be for the locals, then naturally, it will also attract tourists and investors. Please use these last days before voting tomorrow as a motivation to share around some of your positive ideas for our area with me.

14.01.2022 This is a good one to share. I was singing along and laughing all at once https://www.facebook.com/gerardo.arenas.31/videos/3081353235242747/?t=10
