07.01.2022 Hey there! I have an update to the clinic hours to share with you... I now have sessions available from Wednesday through to Saturday. I have opened up Saturday, hoping that this change will suit those who work Mon-Fri. As we await the online bookings system, I am still taking bookings via Text and DM. ... I accept bookings within 24 hours of the appointment, that's as long as I have slots available, (you might get lucky)! So if you need a seriously good, holistic massage ASAP, feel free to get in contact and we can get you feeling better. 0478212941. See you soon. X Khyra

02.01.2022 Hi everyone, I am excited to share my updated brochure. Feel free to share this with others. Thank you clients, family and friends for your support and business this year as I establish the foundations of the clinic and build confidence. I hope you have all felt my love through my work. I am excited to see how I grow through my work with Ayurveda Oasis, and most importantly I hope that my dream brings happiness and health to you, my clients.

01.01.2022 Tis the season to be jolly, and many of us Aussies like to do that by sitting back, lazing around in the sun or aircon and eating a lot of food. If your families are anything like mine, food is a big deal around Christmas. Enjoy by all means, but don’t throw your mindful eating practices completely out the window, especially if you are concerned about gaining weight. I present to you a few Ayurvedic tips to keep your metabolism kicking on, so you can have your cake and eat ...it too! Please do not starve yourself or yoyo diet this holiday season - this slows the metabolism down. Listen to your body - eat when your hungry - know your limits - don’t stuff yourself like you stuffed your Christmas turkey! Keep your mind active - with all the food around the house, keeping focused (you can still relax) will prevent yours from eating out of boredom. Be aware of how much time you spend consuming mindless entertainment - too much could put you into auto-pilot mode - which may lead to your arms reaching for snacks without your consciousness even noticing! Keep your sleep cycle consistent and don’t sleep in - being sedentary increases Kapha in the body - which leads to slower digestion and water retention (aka weight gain). Perhaps consider taking a walk shortly after your meals. And possibly most importantly, don’t eat food too late. Keep at least 2- 3 hours preferably between your dinner or dessert and your bedtime. This should make sure that you have completely digested your food before you go to bed, which will prevent you from feeling sluggish the next morning as your body has time to do the repair work it needs to do overnight rather than being busy digesting Christmas dinner. appy Holidays my friends, may Christmas spirit fill our homes, but not our pants. #ayurvedadietandlifestyle #ayurvedicchristams #ayurvediceating #AyurvedicNutrition #minduleating #christmasspirit #stayfitstayhealthy to
