From an Ayurvedic perspective, detoxing on a regular basi...s helps to remove stored toxins in our channels & tissues, which are the major contributor to all disease. The length & intensity of detoxification is unique to the individual.This is assessed upon their current mental, emotional & physical health. Definitely not one size fits all can be applied to Ayurvedic detoxing. The protocol my client will be following requires a specific diet consisting of : Internal intake of ghee Barely water Coriander detox paste Detox soup Kitchari Coriander/Cumin & Fennel digestive tea Triphala & Epsom Salts are also used in this particular detox.
